Our client, a world leader in employment services, needed a European destination for their 3-day conference. The challenge was set for Goldmark, with resources needed to offer an intimate conference atmosphere for over 250 guests arriving from 24 countries. Complex meeting facilities and accommodation were required, with the finale to be a stunning evening awards ceremony for the company's top achievers.
The perfect location was found in the Netherlands, in the form of two
5-star hotels within walking distance of each other and with beautiful
beaches just a stones-throw away. The evening finale was created in the
shape of a magical party, allowing the guests to really let their hair
down and have a thoroughly fabulous time.
The key attraction was a unique circular and rotating stage. A
multitude of suspended plasma screens worked in unison with live camera feeds and a full sound system,
ensuring none of the guests missed out on a second of the action on stage. A truly interactive conference!
The room was then turned around to accommodate a themed dinner and awards ceremony. Goldmark ensured the guests had the time of their lives, treating them to a sparkling Caribbean party complete with salsa band, games and cabaret magicians!
